Trade Fairs, Events & Logistics

Nothing should have to be improvised on the day.

Trade fair booth, company party, product launch, catering for 300 people: there are plenty of individual trades. What's often missing is the one person who holds stage, technology, staff, hospitality and deliveries together – and takes responsibility for it.

From one sourceStage, technology, booth staff, hospitality and logistics coordinated – you have one contact.
Run sheetEvery trade knows its time slot, every delivery its loading bay.
On siteI'm there during set-up and the event – not just on the phone.

Trade fair & event services

  • Stage & technology: stage construction, sound, light, presentation technology – organised, set up, looked after
  • Hosts & booth staff: reception, cloakroom, admission – as a service with a team under my direction, briefed on your company
  • Booth coordination: appointments with booth builder, organiser and technicians, set-up and dismantling planning
  • Company events: anniversary, summer party, customer evening – from the venue to the last bus

Hospitality services

  • Catering coordination and bar service for events, trade fairs and company parties
  • Service and bar team for events – organised and led by me, no staff leasing
  • Mobile POS systems for events – including clean settlement afterwards

Logistics coordination

  • Run sheet with responsibilities, time slots and contacts – one document everyone has
  • Deliveries & transport: loading bays, time slots, vehicles, storage – timed so nothing gets in the way
  • Set-up and dismantling coordinated, helpers assigned, material counted
  • For businesses on a permanent basis too: reorganise delivery routes, goods receipt and warehouse processes
What this has to do with digitalisation: more than you'd think. An event is a process in fast forward. The same way of thinking – finding bottlenecks, clarifying responsibilities, untangling workflows – also makes the trade fair day calm.

How working together goes

  • Briefing: what should happen, for whom, with what budget?
  • Concept & quote: trades, schedule, costs – transparent, with alternatives
  • Preparation: I commission, coordinate and keep you posted
  • Execution: on site, with a radio and a plan B
  • Follow-up: settlement, returns, short review – what do we take with us for next time?
