2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by NewIT Solutions (newit-solutions.de). When you visit, information is automatically stored in server log files (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser, operating system). This data serves to ensure trouble-free operation and is automatically deleted by the host after a short period; it is not merged with other data. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.
3. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are loaded locally from this website's server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers.
4. Contact form and email
If you use the contact form or send me an email, your name, email address, topic and message are stored to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in answering). The data is deleted once your request has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply. The contact form hands your entries to your own email program, which sends them to me; no external form service provider is currently involved.
5. Appointment requests
Appointment requests are made via the contact form or by email to [email protected]. The information under section 4 applies.
6. WhatsApp
If you contact me via WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) applies. I use WhatsApp solely for communication at your request.
7. Process check
The process check on the home page runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are neither transmitted nor stored unless you send them to me yourself via the contact form.
8. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
